Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns: Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. Items damaged due to user negligence will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. 
  2. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., the wrong item or color was sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund. If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong color or model). In that case, the product must be in its original condition, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you no longer want the product or change your mind, returns are accepted as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will only be issued once the product has been returned to us, and we have verified its condition.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, be sure to contact us immediately at support@calyra.online with a photo or video evidence of the damage. Upon verifying the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. The refund or replacement will only be issued once the product has been returned to us, and we have verified its condition.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-30 business days to the original method of payment.
  5. Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or color sent), we will cover the shipping costs. If the customer requests the exchange for any reason (e.g., wrong size, color preference), the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  6. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards or items purchased with a gift card. Items not in their original condition, used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  7. How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@calyra.online with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, instructions and a shipping address will be provided.
